Easter Bark

This easy no-bake treat is perfect for kids to get creative and let their imaginations run wild. With a base of creamy chocolate and an array of colourful Easter treats to choose from, the possibilities are endless.
From pastel M&M's to mini chocolate eggs, kids can personalize their Easter bark with their favourite sweets.

Ingredients

  • 2 x blocks white chocolate 

  • Mini Easter bunnies 

  • Food colours of your choice

  • Mini Easter eggs of your choice

Preparation

Step 1


Line a baking tray with baking paper. 


Step 2


Melt the chocolate blocks in a microwave safe bowl


Step 3


Pour the melted chocolate into the baking tray and even out with a spatula. 


Step 4


Add few drops of food colour and using a fork swirl the food colour through chocolate.


Step 5


Add the ingredients to the melted chocolate pushing down gently.


Step 6


Refrigerate for  2 hours or until chocolate has completely hardened.


Step 7


Cut using a knife into desired size or break up into chunks.


Notes: 


Chocolate- This can be made using milk chocolate. My mini bakers loved the white chocolate and adding the food colour. 


Easter treats - You can use any Ester treats or your favourite chocolate. This can also be substituted to be made with Gluten Free ingredients. 


Serving suggestions - We made small gift bags for students to take as treats to their families. This was a huge hit as they had made it from scratch and so much love and dedication went into this recipe. 

It is a quick, simple and budget friendly Easter gift idea.
