Gluten Free Pancakes

This gluten-free pancake recipe is my go to. If you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast option, or a lunchbox treat these pancakes are sure to hit the spot.
Made with just a few basic ingredients, they're light, fluffy, and irresistibly tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free self raising flour 

  • 2 cups milk  

  • 4 eggs 

  • 1/4 cup castor sugar  

Preparation

Step 1


In a large bowl, add the self-raising flour, eggs, castor sugar, and milk.  


Step 2


Whisk ingredients together until you form a smooth consistency batter. Rest the batter for 10min.


Step 3


Heat the frying pan on medium heat and lightly butter the pan.


Step 4


Fry the pancakes until golden then flip over.  


Step 5


Add your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
