These mini pancakes are not only delicious but are so easy for mini bakers to re-create. Whether you're serving them up for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner, mini pancakes are a guaranteed hit with kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flourÂ
2 cups milkÂ
4 eggsÂ
1/4 cup castor sugarÂ
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, add the self-raising flour, eggs, castor sugar, and milk.Â
Step 2
Whisk ingredients together until you form a smooth consistency batter. Rest the batter for 10min.
Step 3
Heat the frying pan on medium heat and lightly butter the pan.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes until golden then flip over. Â
Step 5
Cut into desired shapes.
Step 6
Add your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
